How do I transfer my iPhone info from my desktop to my laptop?

I have all my information/songs for my iPhone on my desktop. I was wondering how can I transfer all my songs, programs, pics, etc onto iTunes on my new laptop, and keep that as what I plug it into from now on.

I am not that great with computers, so the simplest way would be great! Thank you!!!

  1. Basically, you won’t need any programs (3rd party I mean) to transfer your iTunes files to another computer. All you have to do is to locate your iTunes folder then copy that folder to your new laptop (maybe through a USB, LAN, or DVD/CD) then just paste it and rewrite the existing iTunes folder. That’s it. No sweat. :D
